Use a facilitator to work with your community group. Effective facilitation can result in groups that are more effective in resolving issues and engaged in their community. But in order to get good results you need a good facilitator – one that can remain neutral, manage the group process, keep participants on topic, help diffuse conflicts and summarize group decisions and statements.
